Audra McDonald's artistry is unmatched in the range and variety of her work as a vocalist, and actor. The Bedford Diaries and over the next season she had an recurring role in the NBC television show Kidnapped. McDonald's role in HBO production Lady Day At Emerson Bar & Grill received the actress a fourth Emmy nomination in 2016. The Bite will be a six-episode series about a epidemic co-produced with Spectrum Originals, CBS Studios and Taylor Schilling in 2021. McDonald appeared as U.S. prosecutor Liz Lawrence in the first episode of her role played on CBS's The Good Wife legal drama in the year 2009. She reprised this role in the year 2018, playing Season regular Liz Reddick in Paramount+'s The Good Fight. In recognition of her role, McDonald received three Critics Choice Award nominated.
